BD Group ZG d.o.o. is committed to protecting the privacy of all customers. BD Group ZG d.o.o., Zagreb – Vice Vukova (hereinafter: “BD Group ZG d.o.o.”) shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from use of the website.

BD Group ZG d.o.o. holds all intellectual property rights to the content published on the website. Any misuse of these rights may be subject to legal action in accordance with the Copyright law in Croatia, governed by the Copyright and Related Rights Act (NN 111/2021).

Users are strictly prohibited from performing any actions aimed at disabling the website, bypassing any effective technological measures implemented on the website, or using specialized programs to download content from the website.

Unauthorized use of the website shall be considered a breach of these General Terms and applicable regulations of the Croatia  and may be subject to legal action.

 


 

How Do I Register on Tedbaker.hr?

When registering on the website, the Customer provides the necessary data to create an account. BD Group ZG d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by the User/Customer during registration.

The Customer is responsible for any consequences and/or damage arising from the data entered during registration or from any subsequent changes. The Customer may update existing information through the website under Account.

How Do I Shop on Tedbaker.hr?

TEDBAKER.hr is an online platform for selling products of the London brand Ted Baker. You can order products via the website.

Finding a Product

You can find products by browsing the main menu and selecting categories, season, color, and size. You can also use the quick search field.

After locating the desired product, click on its image to open the product detail page. Before adding the item to your cart, select the desired size and then click “Add to cart”. If you wish to purchase multiple items, repeat the same procedure for each product.

 


 

Payment

Payment can be made by card on the website.

When entering payment card details, Payment card details are protected in encrypted form using advanced technologies such as AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), typically AES-256, for data storage. During transmission, data is secured via SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security), while Tokenization replaces sensitive card numbers with unique tokens and P2PE (Point-to-Point Encryption) secures physical transactions. At no point are payment card details available to our system.

Payments are possible with payment cards issued by domestic and foreign banks.

In case of product returns and refunds to a Customer who previously paid by payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, BD Group ZG d.o.o. will refund the amount to the Customer’s bank account.

Currency Conversion Statement

All payments shall be made in the local currency of Croatia (EUR). Payment card will be shown in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the moment of the transaction. As a result, there may be a slight difference from the original price displayed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

 


 

Delivery / Shipping

Delivery Fee

NOTE: By placing an order and clicking the “COMPLETE PURCHASE” button, you confirm that you agree with the terms of use and delivery conditions.

Delivery Time

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The usual delivery time is 3-5 business days, and the maximum delivery time is 7 business days. If the courier service experiences increased workload or technical issues, delivery may take longer, but not longer than the period prescribed by the Consumer Protection Law.

Receiving Deliveries

Couriers deliver shipments between 08:00 and 16:00. During this period, there must be a person at the delivery address who can receive the package.

Upon delivery, you should visually inspect the package for external damage. If you notice anything and suspect the product may be damaged, we recommend refusing the shipment and informing us immediately.

The courier will attempt delivery twice on different days. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier typically contacts the phone number provided when the order was placed to arrange a new delivery time. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us.

Product Conformity (Legal Compliance)

BD Group ZG d.o.o., as the seller, is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (“(Official Gazette 42/18) (hereinafter: the “Law”).

The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within two (2) years from the day the risk passes to the consumer, as defined by the Law.

Goods are deemed to conform to the contract if they:

  • match the description provided by the seller and have the qualities shown as a sample or model

  • are fit for a particular purpose made known to the seller at the time of conclusion of the contract

  • are fit for normal use for goods of the same type

  • correspond in quality and performance to what is customary for goods of the same type and what the consumer can reasonably expect, considering the nature of the goods and public statements about specific qualities made by the seller, manufacturer, or their representatives, especially in advertising or on packaging

In the event of non-conformity, the consumer who has notified the seller (submitted a complaint) has the right to request that the seller remedies the lack of conformity free of charge by:

  • repair or replacement, or

  • price reduction or termination of the contract for those goods

If the lack of conformity appears within six (6) months from the day the risk passes to the consumer, the consumer has the right to choose one of the following remedies:

  • replacement

  • an appropriate price reduction

  • contract termination

  • repair, with the consumer’s explicit consent

If the lack of conformity appears after the expiration of six (6) months, the consumer may primarily choose between repair or replacement.

If the same or another lack of conformity occurs after the first repair, a repeated repair is possible only with the consumer’s explicit consent. After the first repair, the consumer may choose between replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract for those goods.

All costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity—especially labor, materials, collection, and delivery—are borne by the seller.

If the seller fails to fulfill these obligations, the seller will replace the item with a new one or refund the purchase value.

 


 

 

 

Complaints (Reclamations)

The Customer may exercise the right to submit a complaint under the conditions and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

  • The seller must respond to a complaint within 8 days from the date the complaint is received.

  • The seller must resolve an accepted complaint within 15 days from the date the complaint is submitted.

A complaint request due to lack of conformity may be submitted by email to tedbakeroutletzg@gmail.com or by phone at +385 1 2110 271.

The consumer must inspect the delivered goods as soon as reasonably possible. If the consumer fails to inspect the goods and/or fails to notify the seller within the legal deadline of any visible and/or hidden defects, the consumer loses rights on that basis.

A complaint regarding physical damage must be submitted immediately upon receipt by email, via the website contact form, or by phone at +385 1 2110 271. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

The seller is not responsible for material defects if, at the time of contract conclusion, the defects were known to the customer or could not have remained unknown.

If a complaint is rejected, the Customer must collect the goods within 30 days from the date of notice of rejection. If the Customer fails to collect the goods within that period, the Trader will notify the Customer and grant an additional 8-day collection period. After that period expires, it will be deemed that the Customer has abandoned collection and waived ownership rights, and the Trader may dispose of the goods at its discretion.

 


 

Notice on Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

BD GROUP ZG d.o.o.Zagreb – Vice Vukova informs consumers that they have the option to initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure if a consumer complaint is rejected. An out-of-court dispute may be initiated within one (1) year from the day the complaint is submitted. The seller is obliged to participate in the procedure.

·        The procedure is conducted before a competent body appointed by the Ministry of Internal and External Trade, in accordance with the Law. The list of bodies competent for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is available at the relevant ministry resources, including:
Ministry of the Economy/Industry and Trade: Responsible for updating lists of ADR entities, such as in the Czech Republic and Croatia.

Product Prices

All prices displayed on tedbaker.hr are stated in Croatian euro (EUR) and include VAT. Payment in another currency is not possible.

After placing an order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains the information you provided when placing the order. Only after BD Group ZG d.o.o. sends this confirmation to the consumer’s email is the sales contract considered concluded.

If we are unable to confirm your order and conclude the contract, we will send you an email notification and refund your payment. In this case, the sales contract is not concluded.
