```Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations as processing begins immediately. However, if you contact our customer service team as soon as possible, we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the courier directly to raise a claim. While we carefully prepare all orders, we are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and labels intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Are returns free?
Returns are not free of charge. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned item. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
What items cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, earrings, and personal grooming products. Additionally, any items that have been personalised or tailored specifically for you are non-returnable.
